Register as a Victim

Welcome to the Phoenix Police Department’s Adult Sex Crimes Cold Case Registry

Pursuant to ARS 13-4271, the Adult Sex Crimes Registry is for victims and approved family members or other lawful representatives of a victim of a cold case felony sexual offense who wish to be included in the registry.

Registration with the Adult Sex Crimes Cold Case Registry provides:

  1. The victim, family and lawful representative contact information for the Phoenix Police Family Investigations Bureau.
  2. Information on any new developments with the cold case.
  3. A way for registrants to contact the Family Investigations Bureau if the registrant is aware of any new information related to the cold case.

Using current contact information, the victim, approved victim family member, or lawful representative of the victim will be notified if there is a new development with the cold case.  Given the sensitive nature of this type of crime, we recommend that the victim of the cold case be the primary contact of the Registry.

To register for the Registry, fill out the below form completely or send an email to sexcrimescoldcase.ppd@phoenix.gov or call the Family Investigations Bureau at 602-534-2121.

When we receive the completed form it will be reviewed to ensure that the person who is registering is eligible and then that person will be notified of his/her inclusion on the registry.
